The Mews is new. It is a three stories house overlooking Torre Abbey beach attached to Riviera Mansion. It has its own entrance at street level. This is an ideal location for exploring Torquay and surrounding areas.

Internally the Mews is furnished to a high standard with high specification furnishings. The living area and bedrooms boast floor to ceiling windows which have spectacular views. Day or night, guests will be rewarded with unrivalled panoramic views from this striking house.  Gaze down on the vibrant marina, Torre Abbey Beach, or across the Bay towards Paignton and Brixham or further inland as far afield as Dartmoor on a clear day. It will provide the perfect viewpoint for annual events including the Red Arrows, firework displays and sailing events throughout the year.

Parking. On the left hand side of Riviera Mansion is a carport. There is one designated space for the Mews and one for the Apartment. Park to the left. The right side is has a sign “Reserved for the Apartment”  It is recommenced that you do not leave valuables in your car.

The Entrance The front door is at street level off the carport, the key is available in a key safe next to the door which has a code for access, which you will be given.

The Lounge with panoramic views from the floor to ceiling, is furnished with two white leather sofas, period marble fireplace with electric flame effect fire, feature coffee table, oak laminate flooring. Three different lighting combinations. Main lights, Table lamps and colour concealed LED which can be changed to any colour you like. Features a 55 inch plasma screen, Freeview TV with Netflicks and DVD player. Benefits from an ipod docking station and free Wi-Fi. Password is “g26winchester”  Bluetooth Sound Tower.

The Kitchen has automatic lighting and concealed LED lighting you can also switch on, granite worktops and fully integrated appliances that include an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a full range of utensils including microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.  View looking through the lounge of the sea.  

The Dining area is furnished to a high specification. Concealed LED lighting. It has a glass and chrome table with seating for four. It has a glass block wall between the Dining room and Hallway. There is a sea view looking through the double glass doors that open up on to the lounge.

The Main Bedroom with en-suite, has Panoramic views from the floor to ceiling. Furnished with a queen size double bed, Walk in fitted out wardrobe, with full size mirrors on the inside of the doors. Dressing lights.  Two bedside cabinets and a wall mounted Smart 32in TV with Netflix.

En-suite features a spa corner bath, separate shower cubicle, WC,  and heated towel rail. The mirror operates as an automatic night light

The Second Bedroom with en-suite has Patio doors to the terrace. Furnished with twin beds, built in fitted wardrobe with full size mirrors on the inside of the doors. Automatic lighting and  wall mounted Smart 26in TV with Netflix.

En-suite features a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, The mirror operates as an automatic night light

The Utility Room.  has a washer/drier, There is an iron, ironing board and Hoover. It also has a built in safe with the same pass code as the property. It also has a fridge and kettle so you can make drinks close to the patio

Cloakroom which is off the hallway, comprises of wc and wash basin.

The Hallway has an exit on the ground floor to the Terrace. All lighting is automatic LED.

The Terrace which is approximately south west facing has spectacular day or night view over virtually all of Torbay. There are two sun lounger and table and chairs
